BEWARE! ! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with hotel management! !! Was given inaccurate information by employee at THEIR front desk, then when I needed to cancel reservation just hours later, they would NOT honor what I was CLEARLY told. I was SURE by the time I spoke to the manager the issue would resolve itself..but NO. She was rude, unprofessional, snarky and actually said to me, "well, it's your word against hers" My credit card was charged for a night we never used, that I tried to cancel immediately days before the stay was scheduled. I have had to spend time filing a dispute of charges through my credit card company. I am stunned at the blatant dishonesty, and will NEVER use this hotel chain again. ..I would prefer to sleep in my truck. Quality Inn should be ashamed.
We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. However, we were not pleased with this visit. We were traveling with another couple and requested adjoining/connecting rooms. When we arrived, we were told they could not comply with our request because of the room types we had reserved (one king and one with two queens). She told us our rooms were across the hall from each other. They were not, but rather three doors away from each other. ALL the clerks should know the layout of the rooms! I am very disgusted with the uncaring attitude she exhibited.
Nice clean rooms great wi fi. Good continental breakfast.
Also, I noticed now by some reviews a few months back. ..I'm not the first victim.
Really good room. A/C took some time to cool down. Had issues with the Wi-Fi not working well. Tried to watch Netflix and couldn't because of the Wi-Fi connection.
STAY ANYWHERE ELSE !!!!I also wish I could post a negative amount of stars! !!
Everyone on staff was very helpful when it came to knowledge about the area. They were very dedicated to their customers
