Absolutely the worst customer service. We ordered a bunk bed and it has taken weeks to deliver and the lady keeps giving us the run around. When you call the office in Bryan the phone ring and rings and rings and then goes to voicemail even in the middle of the day, and of course there is no prompt return phone call. The only reason I am giving a star at all is because of the delivery driver, he was great and very helpful with putting the bed together and keeping in contact of when he would be arriving.
Be very careful if u order anything.....it could take weeks and not days. And if u deal there, ONLY deal with Terrell. He is the only reason we could give this a second star.
Excellent service and selection. Will be a return customer for sure.
