I loved everything about the hotel except for breakfast. The rooms were clean and looked new. At the breakfast buffet I found the hot food awful. The eggs pan was almost empty and what was left was cold. The bacon looked greasy. The French toast was cut into strips like at fast food restaurants and did not look appealing. The cold food looked good and the porridge tasted good.
I stayed at this Hotel with my job from Walmart. As I was eating breakfast every morning I noticed a young man who works there and he was making sure the food was kept full and everything was clean. He kept continuously working non stop making sure everything was where it needed to be for each and every guest. I was so impressed by him I had to let him know and the staff at the front desk. To often we be quick to report the negative things but when we have a WOW experience we never show our gratitude. The employees are very kind and professional. The hotel is clean and quiet for the most part. the parking is adequate and it is close to anything you might need during a stay in Bryan. The Beer is cold and the ice machines work. FOX News comes up on the TV when you turn it on. Enjoy your stay but make reservations early this is a busy place because it does thing right.
We felt like royalty! From the comfort of the bed, the Bath &Body Works toiletries, cookies at night, donuts in the morning as well as breakfast tacos! We were even thanked by the room staff for our stay. Wow! We will DEFINITELY stay here again!
Good service. Good food. Clean rooms. Very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in BCS.
