It was a nice place. The staff was friendly and the hotel room was clean. Nice hotel.
The building is beautiful. Their decorations always look good. They have late event spaces which beautiful chandeliersv in them. Very high class place. I frequent there often.
Excellent location, me and my family enjoyed the restaurant and lounge. Definitely will come back when visiting family....
Staff upon check-in could not have been more friendly and professional. We had our keys and were directed to our room in a matter of minutes. Our room was extremely clean as was the entire hotel. Our queen beds were quite comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. Only real critical comment I can make about the room, they need drapes to close all the way. The light hanging from the two story ceiling of the first floor lobby is extremely bright in the rooms facing it. We had room 316 and found a safety pin attached to the drapes (thank you, whoever you are). We made use of it as previous occupants must have done and pinned the drapes together to block out the light shinning onto the beds. We chose not to buy breakfast so we cannot judge the quality of the food.
I had my daughters slumber party here I loved loved loved it! Very friendly staff! They made extra accommodations for me! I would strongly recommend this hotel! The girls loved the indoor pool!
