Cannot rate mattress as not yet delivered. Can rate salesperson, Darren: He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable without exerting any pressure. He could teach quality sales etiquette to so many others one encounters in various businesses.
Great service. The salesperson was very knowledgeable without being pushy. They have a nice policy on mattresses. You have four months to use and make sure the mattress you bought is the right firmness for you.
Super super awesome customer service and sales service. I am a returning customer 8 years ago I bought a Denver Mattress in the San Antonio, Tx area and loved loved loved my bed. It's in my opinion that a Mattress is right up there with health and non stress so for me it took my husband and I, 8 months to finally find one and it was here @ Denver Mattress. 8 years ago...... Well... recently moved to Houston and they don't have one here so we ventured out to 6 different mattress stores thinking we would find something. To no avail nothing that met the quality of Denver's mattress I was so disappointed at this time so I said lets go back to SA and buy one and use a Uhaul to haul it back. I called and they gave me Chris @ Denver Mattress in Bryan station I was jumping up and down omg I was so excited!!! That was the easiest transaction, without a doubt I would never ever hesitate to do this again. When its comes to money and buying a mattress invest invest invest..... Chris you are very good at what you do and you made our lives complete who would of thought a mattress would make myself excited lol. In fact I not only bought the King I bought a queen for the spare bedroom. Thank you Chris for the professional service and your prompt responds.
