I went in there today in a lot of pain I had broken a piece of my tooth a few days before .....the pain woke me up out of my sleep last night. ...so it hurts pretty dam bad .....the assistant Lorena Solis was so rude ....first after handing her my paper work...she said ok sit down in a rude voice ....I was in too much pain to even go there with her....then she calls me back to examine me ....I told her about the broken tooth and showed her which too.....she said I don't see a broken tooth....I told her well I know for sure I do .....she said well usually when I touch a patients tooth ...if it was painful they would jump out of the chair.....so I'm looking like ok....well my mouth is killing me........the entire time she's referring to me information regarding other parients.....while using a very rude tone ......I will never ever go to the place again.....and I advise others not to use them
Don't ever go here. I went 3 times, everytime I was there, Doctor was incredibly rude. Everytime i was there she did not use enough anistetic, and at least 1 person in another chair was screaming in pain each time I went. When i said i was in pain she said "no you are not in pain, that is just pressure". Borderline malpractice on a regular basis for me there.
I've never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. The dental assistant was extremely rude and obstinate. I had a broken tooth and the lady was treating me as if I was a criminal. I would not have been there if I was not in such excruciating pain.
Life happens...but they need to be more considerate of people's time and money. Staff are nice, but if you're too busy call and give people the option to reschedule. Dont wait until the last minute and then expect patients to pay more money for services they were supposed to recieve during the appointment. Theyre normally okay, but today I was very disappointed.
