There service was good as far as I can remember.........one of the ladies has a nice little bird feeder next to the window and a tree (not bad).

Just here to offset the bad rating. Honestly, this place is great with very open minded dentists and hygienists which made for great conversation. I'll be heading back!
I have been seeing Dr. Lawson for about four years now. I think he is wonderful...gentle and thorough. I have had no problems with any staff. I also get my teeth cleaned here every 6 months. I have no complaints at all. I was recommended to see Dr. Lawson by a highly noted dental surgeon and I am so glad!
The lady at the reception desk who is the last person you see is pretty rude now that you mention it. Maybe this is the same lady calling me for 5 dollars.
I think I must have gotten the same receptionist. She kept interrupting me and finishing my sentences. Of course, since she was asking me questions about my insurance, this means that she kept interrupting me before she heard the entire answer. This resulted in her not hearing all the info I gave her, so she called the wrong insurance company. She called me back a couple times because--surprize!--the company said I wasn't in their system. Eventually, I realized she had called the wrong company and she got mad at me because I "made her waste the entire afternoon" for "not telling" her the right company, when I had done so on the first call!
It has been over 2 years now since I have seen them last and they are calling me about 5 dollars.
