The wait was extremely long. We were there from 3:00 to 5:15. Everyone was polite & pleasant I just didn't like the waiting process in between the X-rays, teeth cleaning, & cavity refills.
I have been using Elemental in Bryan for the past two years and it has been wonderful. From the friendly, efficient and professional ladies in the front to the dentist and assistants in the back, they make you feel as if you are their only patient. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and at ease. Also, they do wonderful work, from extractions to dentures. I will never use anyone else, but I will recommend them to everyone!
First time going and it was great. The staff was friendly and there was no pressure. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I will be going back.
Element dental is an amazing dentist office in Bryan tx! The staff there are so polite and professional with everything that they do. I want to especially thank Valerie Barnes for being so helpful. She answered every question that I had, since it was my first time there. Valerie made me feel comfortable and held my hand through all the scary drilling. Thank you Element dental for being such a great place and I will return in the future.
When we first moved to Texas. I needed a dentist for my girls. One that would make them feel comfortable and talk to them like a person instead of a number. Well Element Dental has made not only my girls but myself like we were part of a family. The smiles from everyone when you walk in all the way til you leave. The atmosphere is friendly, quiet and they keep kids of all ages entertained with many things besides just magazines and makes time go by fast for the kids..Also I would love to give a shout out to Kim at the Bryan office for helping my girls through some pretty rough appts throughout the past five years. They have watched my girls grow, just like a family. That's what makes our experiences with Element Dental the absolute best. The staff there is all smiles and friendly...I would recommend this dentist to all my friends and family.
