Worst service, very rude in the drive thru, there is never anyone there and i see why because we were the only car there and waited 15 min until they finally answered rude if course, they dont deserve minimum wage. If my kids didnt like it i wouldnt go there. They make commercials so who cares about customer service. Will not be going to jack n the box any more.
I wish i could give it a 0 star rating... There was only one car at the window and one car in front of me at the menu order and i was sitting there for 25 minutes and it still wouldnt move... This is now the second time this has happened... If people do not like the environment where they work... Look somewhere else for a job. THANK GOD they built a Taco Bell next door so i didnt have to wait 25 minutes to get tacos... In and out in 5 minutes
Can't tell you how many times I didn't make it home with all my food. Nice people and good service but come on, how hard is it to give people what they order and pay for

Wow the #303 store in Bryan Texas is Getto as hell they were loud and lazy. Need to do better and the MANGER clam he put bacon on the ultimate bacon cheeseburger an didn't an had an attitude about it really it's ok to have fun at work but keep it professional
