This place was extremely good. We visited on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy. The menu is American food, cheeseburgers and chicken. I ordered the cheeseburger and it was very good. My husband ordered the chicken and it was great, very juicy and well seasoned and the sides are great too. Over all our experience was fantastic. The customer service was very friendly and the food is made from scratch. I will definitely be coming back to this place.
Great greasy burger joint. I've been coming here for years. One of the best around. Great atmosphere. Fun place to have a beer and stare at the walls to look at the junque. (That's high class junk). Always a great meal. Check it out.
Pretty good food but 50% of our order was incorrect. Bathroom facilities are lacking. There is quite a fire load and there should be more exits than what I saw. I know the restaurant has no control over it (?) but we got blocked in after other patrons moved tables around to accommodate their large group.
The chicken fried steak was average at best, but this place is known for its burgers, which is what I get next time. Fries were good. Decor is what you would expect for a Texas college town...lots of antique signs, animal heads, and old saddles.
Decent burgers & prices. Great atmosphere. Fries on the greasy side.
