I have taken our dogs several times, and have always been very pleased. They always have taken really good care of our dogs. If you are looking for a new pet groomer, this is the place to go. Knowledgeable, Friendly staff who all seem to love dogs.
Agree with other poster...so understaffed and hours are not reflective of what normal working individuals need. IDK if they need to pay people more to work there or what? Fiance and I have taken our dog there for 5 years now, and it's gone so far downhill lately that I won't ever be going back.
Use to be my go to place.....Not open on weekends anymore and understaffed!! They've re-rchedule appointments I've had 2x now. One the day before the appointment which happened to be the day we're leaving for our road trip. Go to a better staffed and better run company. Sad when a company spirals down like this!
Their new place is amazing! Staff is super nice and friendly! They love our dog and he always comes out looking great! Their prices are fair and they have some pampering options for your pooch too!
