I can handle a staff talking down to me, bad trainer advice, and them ignoring what I tell them on how she will handle a blow-dryer (aka giant toy). When the staff tells me everything I told them on drop-off like it is news. When I get charged more than they quoted. Her nails being done even though they shouldn't have been touched (I keep them short and almost nothing came off, and they ended up quicking at least one).
BEST GROOMING EVER! I have a 50lb golden doodle named Lewis and today I took him to Fabulous Fur Pet Salon for the first time. Prior to taking him to Fabulous Fur, I had always taken him to Petsmart for his groomings. At petsmart his groomings always turned out horribly; he'd come out either completely shaved (even when I asked them not to shave him) or looking ridiculous (uneven cut, not fully dried, etc.). At Fabulous Fur they are incredibly kind, talented, and great with dogs. Lewis' groomer talked with me when I first came in and asked me exactly what I wanted and what she could do in order for Lewis to look as perfect as possible. About 4 hours later, I came to pick up Lewis and was so so so happy with the finished product. He smelled amazing, looked exactly how I expected him to look (but better), and actually seemed happy with his grooming (wasn't shaking when I picked him up, basically kissed his groomer goodbye!) Price was exactly what I expected it to be for a 50lb golden doodle grooming. I would DEFINITELY recommend this establishment for anyone who wants an amazing, thorough, and skilled grooming for their dog. I will be taking Lewis here for his groomings until I no longer live in Bryan!

Especially when I looked her over and found multiple scrapes and lacerations. When she's out, she's supervised, and after backtracking every thing we have done this salon came up the only possibility we could think of.
They were VERY nice and gentile with my dog. I'm DEFINITELY going to be a repeat customer!!
But when the dog that usually hangs out (and tries to get in!) when the shower is on runs away and COWERS at it instead after coming here, I wonder what happened that I don't know about.
All that just means I won't come back, and I can get past that.
