parking permit was in the car but not visible. called tow company owner and explained that i was a student and he lowered price to 250, called him again and he felt bothered so he increased back to 292. seriously?? i felt scammed!!

They towed our car from our apartment fine. But the price was such a scam price that I’m pretty sure they’re cheating people. Also their customer service is ridiculously TERRIBLE! People not only get their car towed for bad reasons but sometimes they just need help, if you’re one of the people needing help, don’t not come here, they’re mean & do not care genuinely. Also says they’re open 24 hrs but be expected to wait at their closed storage for 20 mins for someone to come “open!”
Scratch on my brand new car right above my hitch 292.00 later. After being told they had spotters my friend with a way less nicer vehicle had been there for an hour before me. I was a patron of the premises. Told to take them to court
