My package came in and out for delivery on Friday. Since the hurricane came in 300 miles away they routed my package back to the center. SATURDAY same thing, I just had to go and pick it up myself Monday. FedEx had no problem delivering on Saturday.
Donto expect a package pick up before 7pm, and don't use for any fragile products. This ups apperntly have no idea how to do their jobs.
This is not like a UPS store and it's not the place to go if you have a package to ship, unless you already have it boxed up. There are very limited shipping supplies here.
The best customer service. Debbie at the front desk and Pete, who's all over the place there, are phenomenal at getting it done right.
