Okay I'm going to say this and be done in any professional setting you don't argue with the customer even if in your mind you told them what to do and what helps with what you did to their hair if a customer comes in and says that they do not like what you did then you fix it on the house you do not argue you do not belittle them you do not fight in front of customers you do not bring other customers into it you don't say what they did wrong you fix it you are the professional you were the one who knows what you were doing so what's on you you don't threaten to sue because they leave a bad review when you own a salon or you work in a salon you know bad reviews are part of the territory. You swallow your damn Pride and you do your best to to fix it.
Every time i go i get exactly what i want!!! Im super picky and courtney always leaves me feeling like a million bucks!!! Would highly recommend!!!
A waste of over $200 with no sympathy on their part of me hating what they've done to my hair. Looks NOTHING like I paid for. The left is what I asked for, the right is what I got.
There facebook page is gone but I read ALOT of the reviews and anything less then a 3 they where rude to you. It was disgusting. I have not been to this salon but after reading the reviews and seeing the way the staff and owner handled it and them self's is enough for me to never go here.
I just had a bad experience at Dunkin Donuts I wrote a bad review I normally don't do that (I think I have maybe five times in my life I work in retail and food so I get it) but you know what they did they contacted me they apologized they offered to help make it better because they want to keep me as a customer because that's how you handle things in a professional setting. The owner was kind and she felt bad. We spent 16$ for 3 of us. We waited 20 minutes for our kolaches only to be told the oven was down, I didn't get my ice water and waited 15 minutes to re order while the crew noticed me but ignored me. They where rude. The owner was saddened by it. She was humble. She handled things the right way unlike this salon. Shame on them.
Worst salon and stylists. Went in for a full highlight, Brazilian blowout, style. I am a brunette and wanted blonde highlights to get a dirty blinde look. Ended up going home the first time with my whole top of my head white, no blow out or style. Came back to get the white fixed. And they dumped a whole bottle of toner on the top section instead of sections out to make sure i still have highlights.Ended up with a full blonde on the top section of my hair,still. No blowout or style. Now i am having to part my hair on the other side of my head to get as natual a look as possible without looking like a barbie. I am not able to put my hair in a pony tail because a good 4 inch section is all blonde and the rest is highlighted.
This salon is so professional and unique. The staff is highly professional and does amazing work. The owner is so involved and is a stylist as well who does amazing work. I would highly recommend this shop for anything you want done to your hair.
