Staff didn't seem too knowledgeable and didn't have much initiative. Nice but makes a person nervous. Price is ok. Location is great.

Save some money and find a blind 2 year old. I have been going to other locations for years and always been happy with the result. However, today I found myself in another part of town and I decided to go with a name I knew and trusted. For starters, while my fiancée and I waited my "stylist" (a term I'm going to use loosely) and the other employee openly discussed how weird the client that just left was. Then the real trauma began. I didn't know cutting my hair was a race but I guess she was under the impression it was. Careless is the best word I can use to describe the minute or two it took to rush through my haircut. Not once did she ask if everything looked okay. I always get my hair washed to keep the trimmings off of my shirts- so we proceeded that way. She then left me in the dust walking back towards the chair and I decided I'd had enough, declined any styling, and proceeded to pay. Obviously, she was ready for us to leave. Upon inspection in the car my fiancée noticed the several areas she missed with the trimmer, the blood above my over arched ear, my crooked right sideburn (the left one didn't get cut at all), and the overall piss-poor quality. She did not receive my usual $10 tip and I will not be returning.
Have gone here for about a year and have had good and horrible cuts. When there IS a good stylist, they don't stay. Count your change accurately. Unfortunately my last visit was tonight.
Always good service. They do an excellent job, and they even put on the game for you if it's a Saturday or Sunday.
