I walked in to get a haircut and the hairdressers set there and argued out loud about who was going to check me in. One Lady said "I'm not helping yall because y'all don't help me!" So as the Customer I'm just standing there, like.......????????? Feeling like I'm bothering them by coming in for a hair cut. So I took my business elsewhere!!!

They are great as far as dealing with my young kids. The quality of the haircut is a totally different story. Only one have I came in and been completely happy with my haircut. I've been going here for at least 4 years because of my kids. This last time is the last time I'll ever come back. I'm completely disgusted with the place. I was leaving and the lady had a look on her face like she knew she messed up. NEVER AGAIN! !!

I went in on a busy Friday and Kelli apparently was not listening to me when I was telling her what I wanted done. I have been working for five months to grow my hair to a length I needed to make the hairstyle I have been working on really stand out. I explained what I wanted MANY times and she said she understood. Clearly not!!! She cut my hair too short and it looks awful. It is NOT how I explained. After she cut it off I told her no I want it a distinct look and she says "oh" and tries to correct it only making it worse. I am beyond angry!!! Now I have to start all over. While I realize it will grow back I have to wait another 5-6 months to get it back to the length needed to get what I want. I called and they are going to try to fix it as best they can which I appreciate but does not change what happened. Do not go to Kelli for anything other than a straight trim. She has no style experience!

Upper management doesn't care if you have a complaint and wont give you refunds on bad haircuts. When I didn't want to get my hair re styled by my stylist Kendra its basically my loss. My stylist kept getting worse on keeping detail/symmetry so understandably why would I go back!? Find a local salon before some chain that doesn't give refunds for bad haircuts.

My name is Ashley Phillips, I went in a few months ago and am a little late to write this. I saw a older woman of color sadly I've forgotten her name but could easily recognize her. I was concerned with her age as some stylists lose touch with modern cuts BUT I will be using her in the future and I'm glad I sat in that chair. In my 30 years I have never had a woman who understood my hair properly, I hadn't cut it in years out of fear of the short hair cut and looking like a football. She was lovely we made small talk but she caught on quickly that I'm not much of a talker and most importantly my shampoo wasn't awkward I was able just to lay back, close my eyes and let her do her job. My hair is growing out wonderfully; normally when I get 6-8 inches chopped off I end up going through this awkward stage in the middle of short hair and long, not this time. She knew how to cut curls, she understood that curly girls can have thin hair and kept it light where it needed to be. I would have to say the most important factor to all of this is she was blunt and honest in a kind way. Sometimes I feel stylists are afraid to be blunt, with good reason; us customers are indecisive and always have some sort of complaint. She gave me options she said I could keep it long and have to come in regularly which would have been the best option for her financially or she recommended we cut it to prevent more damage and just trim it when needed as it was dead and unmanageable, I immediately trusted her because she put her honest opinion first. I never pick a establishment, I don't care where I'm sitting in a chair but I do pick a stylist and you ma'am have made a wonderful impression and I have been singing your praises to my curly headed friends.
