I had a great experience at the dealership. The sales representative, Christopher Lewis Terrell, made sure that we were comfortable during the whole car shopping experience, that I had imagined would be a tedious task. We were greeted as soon as we set foot on the premises. Also, Clint Bernard made sure that I knew everything that I was committing my self to, which I enjoyed. Over all the staff was very friendly, patient, and helpful. As of now, they have made sure to keep in touch to make sure everything is running smoothly in regards to the car and also our decision of purchasing the car. I will definitely recommend any Chevrolet vehicle to family and friends but I will also recommend Tom Light Chevrolet in Bryan/College Station to any one I (and make sure they get in touch with Christopher Terrell).
Although I did not buy my Vehicle from this dealership. I did buy it in San Antonio, where I'm from I might add. This is a college town so obviously Tom Light is going to get students who own Chevy Vehicles come through their dealership from out of town. During all the rain my Tahoe started leaking from ever crack an cranny, I was told to put tape on the antenna and that I'd get a call back when the new part arrived but until then I could rent a rental from enterprise. What kind of dealer ship does that? I've always gotten complementary cars from any dealer ship I go to whether it be from where I bought it (freedom) or cavender up the road. I was told sense I'm not a "Tom Light" costumer they couldn't take care of me like the dealerships in San Antonio do. I get a brand new Vehicle every 2 year, come May will be my second year in my current Tahoe. I'll drive the 170 miles back home to upgrade, forget doing business with Tom Light if this is how the treat customers. Also I have yet to receive a call on the part they "ordered" so I called myself, was told there was no record of my almost 2 hour visit. Wow
Sales staff was very helpful. We drove from Houston to get an Equinox and they were extremely responsive with what they had in stock and fair with the price. The team stayed late working out our financing options and everyone was friendly. I’ll be making the drive again in the Spring of 2018 to buy another vehicle from them. It seems there are plenty of mixed reviews but I didn’t experience one negative element at Tom Light Chevrolet dealership. Bryce was my salesman and he was very professional and knowledgeable.
Outstanding customer service. My sales person is Leslie and I just bought a 2018 2500. I could not have asked for a better person to deal with.
I have to say that Tom Light is not always perfect, but in my experience, any mistakes they've made they have been more than willing to fix. They treat you like a human being and have never blindsided me with anything or tried to squeeze money out of me. I bought my Cruze from here and have continued to use them for service specifically because the staff here is respectful without ever being patronizing.
