Would definitely not recommend! 3 days after purchasing our car we had to get an oil change due to the car having NO oil in it and replacing all 4 tires because they were worn down to the wires on the insides of all of the tires which cost us right at $600. 2 months after purchasing our car we had to replace the timing chain which cost us $2500. We never once paid a late payment. When trading the car in last month at Atkinson Toyota, Ed's gave a higher pay off amount to the salesman that called than they had given us and after running a carfax report we found out the car had deployed airbags and front in structure damage from a front in collision and we were never given that information. They seem to only care about the money they are receiving and not the safety or well being of their customers.
I decided to go to Ed's Auto Sales when I searching for a new used car...I think his name was Butch, but I'm not sure......Butch was extremely disrespectful and didn't listen to a word I was saying about purchasing a vehicle. He told me none of the Buy Here Pay Here dealerships offer any type of warranty. Watson Motors offer a warranty with their cars, so Butch was a liar. I went to Watson Motors and got a car....They gave me a 30 day warranty and Ive had my car since June 2011.......STAY AWAY FROM EDS AUTO SALES......These people are only in it for the money and they dont care about selling you a reliable vehicle. Ed must really hate his neighbors!!!!!
These people are known to sell damaged vehicles and they know that the vehicles they have are nothing but junk . purchased an impala ltz and within the same week of having it the transmission started slipping and hesitating. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! please make a smarted choice and go to a certified pre Owned dealer or anywhere but here. All they want is your money and don't give a damn about the customers.
Horrible customer service!all they want is money if you need a car go next door to Watson motors these people are full of themselves and you want to pay off they charge double makes no sense don't recommend them to anyone!!
Just called about a trade in man didn't even let me speak told me to go look at miles and hung up. I won't be doing business with this company.
