- Price quote paperwork clearly designed to confuse
Edit: In response to the response from the owner, the price being jacked up had nothing to do with a warranty or maintenance plan. Just an old fashioned bait and switch. The "internet price", $3000 less than the in-person price, magically appeared in my inbox an hour after I left.
I was a bit disappointed since the elantras and sonatas are good deals given the price and are getting close to accords/camrys in terms of quality.
They gave me superior service when shopping for a vehicle. Jessie and Travis allowed me to make up my mind without being pushy, rushing me, or telling lies. They also make sure you're hydrated with beverages. I will return again.
- Focus on monthly payments to distract from all the junk added to the total price
Typical dealership high pressure sales tactics:
- "Bank interview" required (until you say no, and then it's not required)
This dealership and its staff makes me proud to be a Hyundai owner. They're by far the best dealership I've ever had to deal with. Their staff makes you feel right at home. Recently had my car in the shop there and one of the service advisors there Dylan Thomas called and updated me. Came back to a fixed and clean car! Later that week my tail light went out, and with 20 minutes left in their work day. Another service advisor Garrett Allen helped me. NEVER once did they complain because I showed up so late in they day. They fixed my tail light and sent me on my way. Polite, and professional the entire time. I love this place, and you'll never have to question if I'm returning.
- Final price is $2000-$5000 more than advertised price
So many people don't trust dealerships when they work on your car. Dylan has changed my perception. He was simply great. The model of what every dealership should be like in service.
I dropped my car off there and was told I would get my car the next day. It's been two days and I haven't heard a single word from a service advisor even after I left a voicemail twice because they were always too busy to even talk to me and apparently call me back. Repair apparently only takes less than a hour to do because they were just servicing Hyundai recalls. Glad I didn't decide to let them repair all of my cars problems. Won't drop my car off there ever again.
