Oh well. I needed up buying a car. This place has awesome welcoming party. The reps take a little less than usual in dealing with paperwork. Your vehicle is cleaned up before take out. They keep in touch with you and send reminders of service. Just awesome.
This was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. I wasn't sure what to expect but I am very happy with the entire process. Ben Winkle came out to the lot to show me around and answer any questions I had. After taking one test drive I knew what I wanted, and Ben did what he had to to ensure I was able to drive out that day with it being in my budget. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend Atkinson and Ben Winkle to any friend looking to purchase a vehicle.
Secondly I did end up purchasing a used vehicle and after not even owning it for a week the car is already making noises from what my understanding is the brakes and steering column sounding like grinding after being told that everything was serviced and should not need any parts replaced for quite some time as it had to pass Toyota's inspection list to be put into sales. I have inquired previously about it and was met with rude attitudes and pompous ones as well.
Do not purchase any used vehicles from this dealership. During my families search for a decent vehicle within our budget we came across a vehicle in which when I was searching inside it ensuring that the Jack and spare tire was in good condition, in plain sight, was a piece of a joint and what looked to be a Roach clip right where the spare tire was located inside the trunk in the compartment it was housed. Upon mentioning this to the representative he stated that the vehicles were just briefly detailed on the inside and out and upon purchase were more thoroughly detailed. If that particular vehicle was not detailed upon purchase I would worry for the sake of safety for whoever bought it if they ever were searched by law enforcement.
Great place to shop for a vehicle. They will work with you and make sure you leave happy. My first and second purchases were great and although I walked out without a purchase the 3rd time I did not leave there unhappy. I definitely recommend this place to friends and family (which they have gone and purchased) don't let the bad experience people discourage you from going here. Give them a try they have great service. And they have super awesome bathrooms!
Overall I would say the sales representative was the only one who I've had dealings with that remained professional and polite, I would not however recommend shopping here for a used vehicle or expect professional attitudes from anyone above the sales rep crew. They will not be seeing me as a future buyer.

I had a little bit problem in financing since my monthly salary could not afford the amount of monthly fee for financing, and he made another contract that is exactly same amount of money, which solved my problem greatly! I can however say that the sales representative dealing with me and my family was very well knowledgeable and attentive in our needs, very charismatic and understanding with our search criteria.
