Went to another service center to have oil changed and the stripped the drain plug that had only previously been serviced by Sterling only. Was in a terrible mood afterward when they couldn't get the plug out after almost an hour trying. Told them to stop and proceeded to Sterling in a foul mood when I entered I was greeted by Daniel who listened to my complaint and told me that he would 'Handle it Mr. Matejka', putting a smile in my face as he has been a man of his word since day one. After he took care of the situation he came to me and told me the truth about the situation not trying to cover up any mistakes. At this point he had won back my future business with the service department at Sterling otherwise that would've been the last time to use Sterling for service or a new vehicle. This guy has been nothing but a winner in my book and glad to bring my business back to him. Man deserves a raise in my book.
