Bought a truck from these shady characters on Feb 13th, still don't have my title or plates and its March 29th. None of the principles of the company will talk to me, they choose to hide behind a 20 year old young lady who works in the office, because they're cowards. I was told yesterday by the young lady that it would be "several more weeks" before I get my title and plates. Looks like the next place I go is small claims court. Stay away from these idiots and the junk they're peddling.
Do not come here for anything!! They are scammers. We exchanged our starter for one they said that is rebuilt. Installed it and did not work. Sold us a faulty product and won't give us our money back.
I called to pick up my car and said they would not give it me because it was registered in my FATHERS name! PLUS they want to charge me more because of that.
OH AND ALSO THEY CLEARED OUT A WHOLE LOT OF CARS IN ONE NIGHT IN NORTHGATE. no warning no signs indicating otherwise. Soo they opened the gates to a parking lot let ppl park and waited 2 hours and towed EVERY vehicle "violating" the parking lot vaguely describing parking rights.
One of their drivers helped us rescue a kitten from the motor of a car. I dont know what its like doing their job but cant imagine a nicer person in the industry. Thank you megahertz. Wish i could remember his name to gove him credit.
So we parked in a parking lot that we have parked in numerous times!!!! This just so happeneds to be the one time this company decides to tow us. When do to get the truck the lady says she would be there in 15 min took her OVER an hour! These people are rude! And are making us drive all the way across town to have papers notarized! At 3 AM! We have over an hour and half drive home! They happened to pick the nicest Tucks in the parking lot. The whole night they towed a 2016 GMC fully loaded 2500 and a 2013 FORD! Out of all the pos trucks & cars they choose these two! I'm sorry if you having to deal with this POS of a business & people!
