I made the call and customer service was most helpful and a unit was delivered in my driveway a few days later. It was nice to be able to load things that we would need to access regularly during the repair process while we were out of the house and then place other things in long term storage off site. If you are moving or will be displaced for a period of time I would recommend PODS to you all.
