I am in the process of a complicated move with some frustrations. CubeSmart was an exception. I needed a secure place to leave my car for two months. The CubeSmart site said there was nothing in Bryan/College Station. I thought I would call the place nearest me, expecting a long series of prompts and recorded messages. Angie answered on the second ring, made a reservation, and told me I needn't pay until I brought the car in.
I had to change the date once. No problem. When I got the email reminder the day before, I realized for the first time that the office opened at 0830. I had a 1000 flight. I called. The manager, Charley, answered on the second ring. No problem - she would open at 0800. And she did.
