So I had a battery issue that rendered my vehicle useless at the time of the tow. I called my roadside assistance and A-1 towing was available to tow, although it was an hour wait, I was happy to wait for a reasonably priced tow. The driver that showed up was Tim and he was absolutely great. Not only did he look into my battery issue and assured me that it was probably an easy fix... he was really nice and caring about me being left at a mechanic so far out of town by myself.
My car died this morning getting to work. The receptionist was extremely helpful and so nice! Adam the driver, was the best. He was friendly, extremely professional, got there a few min. earlier than quoted and in no time we were at the mechanic's shop. I will use them any time I need a tow and recommend them to anyone!
I see some bad reviews on here, but I think those people are just angry about the situation they were in. I had my trailer breakdown on me on the way from Houston to College Station, about 30 minutes south of college station near midnight. Luckily I found these guys because they were most helpful. In no time they had a flatbed out to my location. The driver was excellent, very helpful and very friendly. They towed my trailer to their yard, stored it overnight and they even found a trailer repair shop to take it to for me in the morning. Not knowing the area, that was a blessing that these guys had someone they could take it to that did and someone who provided just as good as Service as they did. I highly recommend these guys.!!
Adam in truck number 41 was fantastic! He was so friendly and made sure that everything was perfect before he left us! Kuddos to this gentleman who knows what good customer service means. He turned a stressful situation into a lighter one. Would recommend him to anyone!

I understand they are a towing company and a lot of reviewers on here are upset about getting towed from somewhere against their will... I will say as someone in dire need of getting my car to a mechanic ASAP, Tim and A-1 Towing were a godsend.
