Well I didn't even order. Due to the fact that I didn't want my 9,7, and 5 year old learning how to rape and beat women from the rap music the were blarring. That's fine if you want that music influence but not my children. Very dissapointed that that would be aloud in a business I used to support.
Called in with a order for 3 pan pizzas for ten dollars and tax... when food arrived it was 15 plus tax... It was a struggle just to order because Soyna the ghetto manger was rushing me and very rude... When I called to speak to her she was very rude asked to speak to the supervisor... She refused and finally told me she was the Supervisor... Asked for the corporate number and she gave me the wrong number and told me that's not going to do anything and hung up.... Since the reopening nothing has changed... Still the same ghetto store, hiring the same ghetto type of people.... Do yourself a favor and stay closed... would rather drive to College Station Tx
Pizza was 30 minutes late didn't get my entire order the manager said she would call the driver and have him turn around then 15 minutes later still didn't have the rest of my order called back to find our he didn't even have it with him to bring. And blamed it on them only having one driver I my opinion it is a management issue not the driver. So an hour later we have our full order. If you order from here be prepared to wait forever and have the manager lie and be rude to you when you call in.
Still no pizza.
Called to place an order and was placed on hold. 5 mins later I tried calling back only to be placed on hold again. I hung up and was surprisingly called back with an apology. I'll update my review later once the pizza arrives.
This location provided the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. And from the manager! My husband and I ordered pizza for the family, and 45 minutes later (The delivery time said 30) the first pizza came. I wasn't terribly bothered by the long wait the first time, but the pizza was completely incorrect. I called the store immediately - and all I wanted was the correct pizza. I didn't demand a refund, or anything of that sort, but the manager was super rude and short with me regardless. Finally after playing 20 questions about why the pizza was wrong, she said she'd send another pizza and we'd have to give the original pizza back. So it's not like we could eat the original one while we waited. After waiting another HOUR after calling and letting them know the pizza was wrong we still hadn't heard anything so I called again and expressed how disappointing it was. It would be different if we didn't have to give the pizza back, there was any sort of discount, coupon literally ANYTHING. The manager was very rude again, and instead of offering any sort of solution she just asked if I wanted to cancel the order and eat the pizza that had been sitting out for an hour that we paid full price for. I understand places get busy. I wouldn't even be upset if the management wasn't so incredibly rude. It's been well past an hour now as I'm typing this post.
