I ordered my food at 10:30 pm on Wednesday and cancelled my order at 9:30 pm Thursday. I read some reviews about the food that weren't very good, but my biggest concern was with my account. There is no way to see what you've ordered, when you're going to get it or what is going to happen with future orders. It was disconcerting. I was told when I tried to cancel on Thursday that it was already boxed so I couldn't cancel. I didn't receive it until the next Thursday. I have been given a few different stories about when it was packaged and how it was shipped. The owner is the last person that I spoke to who told me that it was in the box on Thursday and sat at their facility in the freezer until Monday when it was shipped out. This tells me that refunding my money and redistributing my food into other orders would have been simple and none of this stress was needed. This food needed to taste like $13 microwavable food at this point; they haven't given me anything else to like them for. The chicken wasn't trimmed and was way over cooked, the vegetables are over cooked, when you reheat them there's a pool of water inside that you have to drain off, the fries are soggy, the ground turkey looks like it went through a food processor and the sauces just turn into paste. I eat microwavable food and I'm ok with how it turns out, because I didn't spend $13 on it. This is worse that a $2.50 stoffer's. Paleo should be fresher and better prepared. The owner was more worried about one upping me than refunding my money and says that her company has never had any negative feedback. Please make sure to write a review if your experience wasn't truly 5 stars. I am going to be disputing the charge on my credit card.
I used eatology for about one month. The food and service was great! Very pleased with the overall product. The only downside is the accessibility to the location and ordering. Would be better if they delivered!
I can't believe how healthy this food is!! Yum!! I would recommend this food to anyone. I've been eating eatology for 5 months. This is the leanest I've ever been. I'm 36, I wish I would have found you guys sooner!!
