Showed up sat in the drive through pick up line for 10 min behind a car. Line didn’t move. Went in to pick up, orders not ready 10 minutes after when they said it would. That’s fine. Then the dude at the counter said “bro you might wanna get some visene your eyes look blazed” yeah dude thanks. Because I definitely don’t smoke pot.
The food is always good they just suck at estimating their delivery time. It’s always over what they quote
I wish zero was an option but it's not so.... we order pizza x3, cinnamon bread , and garlic twist. Dominos tracker said 25-35 minutes. Totally acceptable. Over 75 minutes later we get our food cause they did not make our order correctly the first time . We finnilly get our pizza and it is still wrong. We call the store and talk to the manager on duty and he stated he will send a new pizza with in 30 minutes. I can live with that but after the kids ate pizza they didn't order, we open up the cinnamon bread there is no icing , garlic bread had no marinara sauce. So we had to call a second time I ask the manager on duty if the had new employees or if they were busy and he said no . Only thing that was offered was an extra icing for the cinnamon bread. A good manager would of took care of the customer to keep there business.
Worst Dominos in the BCS area. I swear I always have trouble with this location. It took 2 hours just to receive two pizzas and some wings. 2 HOURS! They need to get a new manager and totally clean the slate with the ENTIRE staff. They're all teenagers who screw around at work.
I come here because it’s close to my new apartment, but it is a lot better than the one off of University In College Station. The service is better and the quality of the pizza is better here too. They are always quick and efficient, I used to have problems with the CS store getting my order correct, but I have never had that problem here.
