Dropped off a dress shirt to be dry cleaned and was told that it would be done by 8 am the next day. When I came back the next they, I find out that they haven't even got to my shirt yet, making me wait for a good 20 mins. After I got home, I looked at the receipt and saw a express charge that they put on there because of their mistake. I don't have much experience with dry cleaners, but I don't think that's how fixing a mistake is suppose to work.
I took couple of shirts to be washed and pressed. None of the shirts were pressed well and two of them were stained from the washing. I asked them whether they can remove the stains and they said sure. I went to pick up the shirts again and one of them was still stained. They said they are sorry and maybe it will come off next time. Seriously? Why would I pay you again to ruin my clothes? I have taken clothes to them twice and both times I had issues. The first time, my drycleaned pants had multiple creases. Terrible service!
