I come to this store any time I need help with anything and they are absolutely amazing. Richard the store manager is great and has been very helpful and patient every time I've needed to set something up on my phone. I have and will continue to recommend this store to everyone!!!
Went in to transfer a phone number. Quick and friendly service. Walked out saving more money on my bill. Best Sprint store I've been too!!
Love going to this location. The guys there are knowledgeable and always ready to help with any questions or resolutions to any problems. This location offers me the opportunity to be in and out and continue on my daily routine without having to waste time on a waiting list.
I had excellent customer service at this location on Black Friday. The manager and all the employees were extremely helpful. I cannot recommend this store enough. I will never go back to the CS location unless I need a repair. Unfortunately, this store doesn't have Tech yet, but I bet it won't be long. Don't hesitate to come to this store. You won't regret it. They are awesome!
Terrible customer service. All employees are not very knowledgeable about the services. Anytime I have tried to troubleshoot, the girls in the store were not very concerned and seemed to be annoyed by asking questions about fixing our issues. Furthermore, our service is absolutely terrible: dropped calls, slow/no internet access. Don’t switch to Sprint and if you do, don’t go to this store!
