Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. At the end of the day, it's just another GameStop, honestly.. Convenient location not far off of the freeway, in a strip center with lots of other shopping.
This has always been my favorite GameStop but now that the manager has hired a new crew it's even better. The old employees always acted like they had better things to do, but these newer guys are super nice and helpful. If you haven't been there in the last 6 months or so, give them another chance.
Stopped by today to ask about the new Xbox controller that Microsoft will be releasing here soon and the employee (pretty sure he was the manager) had no idea was I was talking about and was rude to me the entire time. I felt like he was treating me like I was stupid for asking about the new controller that he should already know about. My recommendation would be to go to the store in College Station near Texas ave. they have a great staff and are very nice and helpful.
These guys are great. Place is organized. They know what they're talking about. Great with kids. Only game stop we like in this area.
