wish I could give negative stars.... Left tape underneath my car, and basically lied. Felt like he took advantage, don't go! There are shops near his that will do honest good work. He tells you a price then adds due to this or that and then when work isn't proper he just goes around in circles. Take your business elsewhere.
My car was backed into on campus by a large truck, and the damage was extensive to the front end of my car. The fender needed to be replaced, the bumper repainted, and the drivers headlight replaced. Gino's Shop gave me a competitive price, and offered to beat other competitors prices! My car was in the shop for only 3.5 work days, with lots of repair work, and looks almost like an accident never happened. Gino also does custom work, and the main reason why I chose his shop was because of the custom truck he has in his shop! The attention to detail was amazing, and I expected the same for my car. The only problem was that the paint had a small quarter-sized flaw on the drivers door (a dent that was voluntarily fixed for free, and repainted but the paint had a scratch mark from the beneath metal resurfacing that bled through). Gino said that in 30 days when the paint cures I could come back to the shop and have the spot sanded and it would go away. I'm glad the shop went out of their way to make my car look like new. I think most shops would have left my door dented, but Gino took the time to make my car look the way that I wanted it. The shop goes above and beyond what is expected for customer service, making every effort to earn your business. They will work with your insurance company, and took a lot of initiative to get the insurance company to talk to the shop, not to me, which relieved the stress of dealing with insurance! Gino's wife works in the office, and is one of the nicest and most understanding people I have ever met. She helped keep me sane while I was dealing with this accident. I will recommend Gino's shop to my friends because of the low cost and top-notch customer service.
Rude when confronted with an issue, literally just hung up honestly just go to the little auto shop right next to them, at least they're honest people. Literally only gave one star so I could write this. stay away.
