Courteous, honest, helpful. A simple diagnostic found the problem on my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander and the repair was very reasonable. Will recommend to all other family, friends and coworkers.

Had to get some electrical work done on my truck, not only did they do a great job, they were very fast and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Chris and staff and will definitely use again. FYI, beware of the couch, you just might fall asleep while waiting. ..lol
After the clutch on my 11 year old car decided to suddenly go out, I had to find a repair shop, and find it fast! I called around to a few different places after looking at online reviews (one place still hasn't called me back four days later), and another shop recommended Chris at C&L Auto Care. I called and got an estimate over the phone and took my car in the next day. They had all of the parts in stock and I picked up my car two days later (they also worked on my brakes, which I'd been meaning to have fixed for a while) and they did their best to make the repairs as inexpensive as possible. It's always a bit painful to have to pay for major repairs like this, but I feel that I got my money's worth.
Chris was courteous and knowledgeable and explained everything to me without making me feel like an idiot for asking questions. I've dealt with other repair shops in the past where mechanics talked down to me, and it was refreshing to see that C&L treats its customers so well. They offer a two year/24,000 mile warranty on their services, and this was one of the factors that led me to take my car there. I definitely made the right choice, and I'll be going back there again for any of my repair/maintenance needs. My car drives like it's brand new, and I'm so happy with the results.
