Staff is very professional and quick with the services, came to get my tires checked for free because of a tire sensor system said my tire was low and the mechanic checked all four tires anyways and even filled up my spare tire to the correct psi. All for free! Thanks guys, would highly recommend this place for any tire issues.
Well run. They get you in and out quickly despite the fact that they are generally busy. They have good prices and honor their warranties.
They don't try to get you with the person you spoke to on the phone. They have a very long wait time for just one tire. But they did a job professionally and got me out faster than they originally said. So to that, props go to you.
These guys are hard workers and always trying to please the customers. If you walk in, they will still try to get you in line. The wait time for service depends on how many people are being serviced. So it's always a good idea to make an appointment early in the morning to minimize wait times.
Discount Tires located @ Highway 6 & Briarcrest has been my local tire store since they opened. They're always welcoming and open, they appear like they recognized me every time I come every couple of years for new Pirelli p zero tires. Best of all they check my tires for me regularly with a cool automated air filling computer. Having an imported car that has tires sensitive to correct pressure it really helps to have these guys keep me safe.
