Decided to rent an RV last minute for a tailgate we were invited to and they had a spot for me. Easy to find, easy to park and for those that need help setting up your power, sewage and water, the owner is willing to lend a helping hand to teach you. Will come back to this place for more tailgating events.
Excellent wifi. Quiet and friendly folks. Didn't get to meet the owners but talked to them over the phone. Two awesome dog parks, one each for large and small gigs. Supply doggie bags. Highly recommend. Heard they were continuing to upgrade the park. Will come back when in the area.
Even though we spent one night we can tell it was a very well taken care of park and accommodated the needs of the people and their pets. Spoke with Garland and you can tell he loved what he was doing. Bathrooms, showers all clean and well taken care of, new rec room and well laid out. Free waffles and coffee in the mornings. We highly recommend this park and will visit again since my kids attend Texas A&M. Oh yea, this park does not discriminate against older RV's big plus for us.
Great little rv park that is quite!
It was a great place to stay while I was attending law enforcement training. It was only a short drive to the training facility. The park is well maintained and quiet. I highly recommend staying here.
