Staff is amazing. Park is wonderful, clean & spacious. Great location. Love staying here.
Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives. It was a very nice home for three years.
My only negative: The lawn guys cut my sewer hose with the weed-eater multiple times.
Transit very inefficient and confusing. No identification of stops and no secure bus lanes into stadium area.
Great that about all i have to say about that.

I stayed here for almost three years while I was a student at A&M, and I would recommend it. Chuck, in the front office, is very friendly and really wants to get to know you, which I found nice. Considering how many college students stay there, the park is extremely quiet and comfortable. There are two different laundry/shower houses, though the one at the front by the office is a lot nicer. There is plenty of space to do laundry and sit and wait on it if you'd like. There is a pool that only gets to about 4 feet deep (but still nice and relaxing during the summer) and a pool house with bathrooms and a meeting type room (we used it for Bible study, but people use it for family get-togethers and things like that). It is a 6-8 minute drive to Blinn, 12 minutes to the Post Oak Mall in College Station, and about 15 minutes to the A&M campus.
