I have lived in my home for over 4 years and I have had many issues over the years however whenever I call they send someone out normally within 24 hours, Yes the house is old but the property is very well maintained. When I saw a roach and ants they came out and sprayed, i heard mice in my ceiling and they came and put down poison when my Fridge broke they did not fix it they replaced it with a brand new one and when my old stove was acting up they replaced it with a brand new one. Whenever the sink got clogged they came out and put in a garbage disposal. I would recommend Investors Real estate. They have great customer service !!!! Best landlord EVER!!!!!!!
Firstly, we had a super-old (circa 1980's) and burnt-out electric range that would spark each time you turned the burners on. We called 3 or 4 times and reported this hazard, but no one would show for several weeks, and once they did do anything (if they ever did come out), the burners would be sparking again within a week. Then the heating element in the oven went out and they still refused to replace the stove. They always sounded nice on the phone, but nothing ever happened.

Secondly, the apartment adjacent to us flooded and saturated our kitchen, pantry, dining room, bathroom, master vanity, and master closet. Once the carpet dried, mold and mildew began growing, especially under the cabinets in the kitchen, bathroom, and master vanity. We reported this several times before they finally sent someone to look at it, but even then they ever did anything about it. The wood began to rot under all the cabinets from the water damage they did not fix.
AVOID. Completely dis-jointed with their maintenance company. Have displayed a pattern of miscommunication, and constant confusion with even simple tasks. In no way professional.
And finally, we did not get our full deposit back when we moved out, even though we left the unit in better and cleaner shape than when we moved in 2 years ago. I have the pictures to prove this.
