Holman's is AMAZING! Our water heater went out on a Friday. They came by Friday evening and by Tuesday we had a new Tankless Water Heater installed. They were responsive, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the tankless water heaters and how it would work with propane. Highly recommend them for residential plumbing service.
Jared and Jack were dispatched out to our home for water coming from the downstairs ceiling, Jared was quick to determine where the water was coming from, the upstairs AC unit. They were able to fix the problem within 15min, even tho it wasnt a "plumbing" issue they were cordial and talked me through what they were doing! They were great and even informative on how to prevent any future problems!
Told me 130 dollar per hour. Came and asked for 200-300 dollars. Nothing was done but paid 130. Any one wants their services?
I have a leak in my house. I have been without water for 6 days now. I called and they came out cut a hole in my wall, then told me I need to have a leak test done and they would be back the next day. Never got a call saying they could not make it out. I had to call them and then they say they can't come out for three days. Point is don't cut a hole in my wall, tell me you are coming the next day and then don't show up. And then when I call you act like it's no big deal that no one showed up after they said they would and not have the courtesy to call me to tell me no one was coming.
The guys just left. Drains are all running free and what was a pain is now just a memory. Gerald is a very personable guy and good at his job. His helper Marshall was great as well. Follow Gerald's lead and you will always be in demand. Right on time, reasonable price, and excellent service. Plumbing problems at my house, call Holman's.
