Decent plumber.
John came on thursday to bid a plumbing issue I needed to get fixed asap, he quoted me 550$ for the job and asked for some money down to cover parts. I gave him 170$ cash, he gave me receipt. He was suppose to come back the next morning to do the job and didn't show. I finally got a hold of him around lunch, he said he would be over at 3... again didn't show. I called left a couple messages, got no response till 8pm Sunday night. He explained he had a family emergency and apologized, again said he would come Monday morning at 8 to do the job. When he didn't show by 10 I called and left an message letting him know I was going to get someone else to do the job, and just want my money back. He called me back with more excuses but then agreed to refund my money. It's been a week now, John has called a couple times at midnight, leaving voicemails saying he has my money, but hasn't been by and now won't answer my calls. I already got the job done and just want my refund.
