The wait was excessive, both in waiting area and exam room, waiting for PA. Once the Dr. came in, it was smooth sailing. He was clear concise, explained MRI, to where i understood it. Answered all questions, slowly, made sure i understood. Dr. Hoover 's secretary goes above and beyond to make the expedited surgery paper work, flow. She does it ALL!! Thank you TBSI!!

The doctors here seem to really care about their patients and giving them any and all information regarding their condition and/or treatment. They don't speak in clinical terms to their patients; they break down any information well enough that patients with minimal medical knowledge can easily understand. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and I've never had anything less than a 5 star experience with anyone within this facility, over the phone or in person. I'm very happy I was referred to these guys.
