This is very nice place with a professional and friendly Staff as well as the Dr.s. Each time I go they make sure your not waiting very long as well as make you feel comfortable. Dr.Jennifer is very down to earth, she will make you understand everything according to your care as well as assure you keep your wellness visits up.
I recently moved to College Station, TX and found myself in need of a PCP, the only review I could find for this office was a positive one so I decided to give it a try. I called and found myself on "hold" for about ten minutes; when the girl did pick up she was giggling about who knows what and then asked, "what I wanted." She said she wasn't sure if I could be seen since I would be a new patient and she had me talk to her manager, "Terry," I think her name was. When she FINALLY picked up the phone about 12 minutes later she was incredibly rude and frankly snobbish in character. Among other things, she told me that the doctor wasn't "hurting for patients" and she had no probably telling me to take my business elsewhere. Eventually, I convinced her to ALLOW me to make an appointment as I had no where else to go and so she put me on hold ONCE AGAIN. Roughly five more minutes passes before a girl answered and scheduled me an appointment for TWO WEEKS out. Two weeks later, I come in and see the Dr. He was friendly and very patient with me in the exam room, he didn't try to rush me out and took time listening to each of my concerns. I was very pleased and overall decided i'd come back since he was so kind with me. About one month later I began feeling ill. I called and was able to get in two days later but with the NP Jenifer, I believe her name was. I got there about fifteen minutes before my appointment and had to wait 45 minutes before I was finally called back, that NP is nothing like the doctor, SHE ACTUALLY TRIED WALKING OUT OF THE ROOM AFTER BEING IN IT FOR LESS THAN TWO MINUTES and WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING. It was ridiculous, she kept rubbing her nose and sniffling and was scattered like she'd rather be anywhere else. She gave me TWO SHOTS and then said if i didn't feel better to call in a few days. I didn't feel better. When I called I was told that I had to see the NP because the Dr. was booked out I CAN SEE WHY, SHE IS UNPLEASANT AND SO VERY RUDE, SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT ONLY HOW QUICKLY SHE CAN BE ONTO THE NEXT ONE. All things considered I had to find a new PCP. While the Dr. is fantastic, the NP is a nightmare as is the rest of the staff with the exception of the nice hispanic lady that roomed me on both occasions. When I expressed my concerns they explained that they are "short staffed," then proceded to laugh their problems away, gee I wonder why they can't keep employees.
