Staff: Hard to find. Never ask if you need help. I've been both when they're super busy and when there's not a soul in store: they basically avoided helping us choose paint types for our new house.
Products: Good so far. They have rolling discounts as long as you enroll in their free paint perks account. We got 30% off our whole order.
I have to say that not all the employees are bad, but the manager has a very poor attitude. As a regular customer of Sherwin Williams, I have to say that I am incredibly disappointed with the service. I don't think I've ever encountered such arrogance. Thank God there's a Sherwin Williams in College Station: at least they will work with you.
Nice friendly place. Service always prompt and helpful. Sometimes certain people bring out the worst in other people, but I've never encountered problems at this store.
