Stephen and Max were exceptionally helpful. We had a guest coming from Burleson to Sugar Land when her alternator malfunctioned and she was stranded in College Station. Not only did they tow her to the auto mechanic who was closed but they waited with her for two hours until I got to College Station from Sugar Land at 8:35pm. That type of professionalism and care for customers is extraordinary.
Super nice guys. Owner was great and went above and beyond to get me home and my truck to shop the next day. If I ever need another tow they will be first I call. Thanks guys y'all were great.
After a bad wreck yesterday i was recommended excel towing and Stephen helped me a ton! He was friendly and really helped me stay calm in a bad situation and even gave me a lift to a coffee shop after dropping off my car so i could meet up with friends. He turned an understandably bad time to a great experience just with his customer service!
