The paralegal thinks she is a big shot lawyer or something and even she is arrogant and a pain, not to mention how unprofessional it is to never answer questions left for her in messages since she is NEVER in the office. What do you when she's gone? talk to the rude receptionist. Did I ever get to talk to Layne Thibodeux? NO. never got to talk to anyone. Just had to deal with rude and unprofessional women for 2 months, getting nowhere with my case to top it off.
