I went in to get a watch battery replaced. They were very friendly and welcoming. They replaced the battery right away, only took about 5 minutes. It cost $10 plus tax. I will definitely return.

Awesome. They made a really nice necklace for my wife. I picked the opal, the setting, and the chain, and they had it ready the next day.
My 1st visit replacing batteries in my watches I was amazed at how friendly they were. The second time I walked in to pick up my watches they didn't recognize me and the feel in the room was completely different. After telling me they would not charge me to put links in my watches they charged me $40.00. And treated me with distance rather than the warmth I felt on my previous visit. If my first experience had been repeated I would continue to be a customer. But I won't be going back considering how uncomfortable I felt going in the second and third time
Excellent service and prices. I had a ring resized and it was done perfectly and in a timely manner. Their jewelry designs are excellent as well. Well worth the time for visit.
