They had what I was looking for, but the workers are unorganized and communication is poor. They messed up my order and it took longer than they said it would take to receive material. I'm elsewhere next time.
We buy carpet for our lease-homes. Doing so for about a year or so so I cannot speak to the durability of the carpet. However, so far, so good. The prices are great. The service is fabulous.
1. Do we keep it in stock? If so then we can keep the cost down low.
Buyer beware. Their materials are not inexpensive they are cheap. Very poor quality. I got half way through a job and had to quit, year up the floor and start over. Spend a little more on the front end and save yourself the headache, frustration and money of using their SCRAP.

2. Do we have bring in 10,000 sf of a certain flooring at a time or 500 sf at time? The more we bring in the more we can work on the cost.

There are a few things that will determine the cost of the flooring that you purchase.

3. The quality of the good you are buying.... If you want a low cost floor than most of the time it is not going to last as long as higher quality product. Some people come in asking for the best product we can get at a low end cost. That is very seldom possible in any industry.
