John (Irish or Scottish man) is simply the rudest and most condensending individual I have ever met. If he has such a disdain for customers he should not work retail. The store should really address employees like this as it turns their customers away. I will never be returning to this Lowe's.
Great store. I walked in and went straight to what I was looking for. The staff was nice and helpful. The prices were a little higher than I thought they would be but I still got what I needed and didn't have to hunt around for them.
Friendly and helpful staff. Even the other black Friday shoppers were courteous while i was trying to make it down the aisles with a loaded cart.
I would like to give thanks to Craig Peterson for his outstanding service he provided not only to me on a personal level as a walk in customer but using the pro services on a business level. His level of outstanding customer service he gave was 1. Took the time to listen to my needs, 2. Went out of his way to get the items I needed to do the job right . 3. Made suggestions on what would be a better choice 4. making sure my order was accurate and complete. This was a enjoyable expierence and I have been a loyal Lowe's customer for years. Great job Craig and thanks for your service given you definitely went above and beyond expectations.
Most of the people I ask for help are rude and act like I'm bothering them. Product knowledge is horrible.
