I joined Fellowship Church in 2004 as a freshman in College. My life has completely changed as the people of fellowship faithfully and persistently sought opportunities to point me to God in every area of my life.
I love this place, I wouldn't be who I am without these people. :)
There's always plenty to do as well. Lots of the homegroups have Friday night hangouts or play sports together or even go on camping trips in addition to the great bible studies!
I have loved Fellowship Church from the moment I first got connected with them at an A&M Christian Fellowship Kickoff Rally! God has used this church to continually change my life. The small group "Home groups" are a genuine spiritual community that produces real life transformation as we "live life together". I love the members' hearts for lifting high the Lord Jesus, worshipping Him, and making Him known in all the earth, starting right here in Bryan/College Station!
I started going to Fellowship as a freshman, and I loved it from the first moment. Truly a church that exists as a group of loving people and not just a building. I felt very welcomed by the small group I was invited to. My life has been so impacted by this church, it even influenced my post-graduation plans and I stayed here in the BCS area.
The Sunday Services are one of the most encouraging points of my week. I love getting together with everyone to worship God through song and teaching. It's been the first church where I see the other members as family. It's refreshing to have that kind of community, especially as you get older. I went on staff with Fellowship Church in 2009 a little bit after I graduated and I have been so blessed to see hundreds of changed lives. It is so cool be part of a church that is both guided by scripture and uncompromising in it's application.
This community truly cares about you. They'll help you develop a deeper understanding of God and how to live with purpose. Even if you're just going through a really rough time you can always count on someone to be there for you.
