I waited less than five minutes to speak to a banker and she was so sweet, friendly and helpful! I was able to get everything done that day. Great customer service and service overall.
They used to be better
Went into this bank on Saturday morning to get change. I had two 100 dollar bills and needed 10's and 5's they wanted to charge me $2.50 to make change. You gotta be kidding ! Would never bank at WF !
I don't bank here but my job does they have friendly staff and are bilingual. If you like national banks it's not a bad choice.
